Our Story
A New Chapter Begins
For over five centuries, The Rising Sun has stood at the heart of Knapp—a place where neighbours gather, stories are shared, and traditions are kept alive.
Under new stewardship, we are honoured to continue this legacy whilst breathing fresh life into these storied walls. Our commitment remains steadfast: exceptional ales, warm hospitality, and now, from the 14th of May, a kitchen serving honest British food made with care.
